Services are provided in Fayetteville, AR and surrounding communities in Northwest Arkansas. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

All pricing is provided through written estimates specific to your project. Verbal estimates, ballpark figures communicated by phone or email, or any price information on our website are not binding commitments. Only a signed written contract or estimate constitutes an agreement to perform work at a stated price.
Estimates are based on conditions visible and accessible at the time of inspection. If unforeseen conditions are discovered once work has begun - such as hidden structural damage, subsurface obstructions, or material conditions not apparent during the initial estimate - we will notify you of any necessary changes to scope or price before proceeding.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Project start dates are estimates and are subject to weather conditions, permit processing times, and material availability. We will communicate any significant scheduling changes to you as soon as we are aware of them.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies, including any fees for work already performed or materials already ordered, will be specified in your project agreement.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would compromise the quality of the work, including rain, extreme cold, or excessive heat.
Payment terms will be specified in your written project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Accounts not paid within the timeframe specified in the project agreement may be subject to a late payment charge and, if necessary, referral to a collections process. We reserve the right to file a mechanic's lien on your property as permitted by Arkansas law for unpaid work.
Any warranties applicable to our work will be specified in your written project agreement. Where a specific written warranty is provided, it applies only to the work described in that agreement and is subject to the conditions stated therein.
Except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided with your project, our services are provided "as is." We make no implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or any other matter beyond what is stated in writing.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from events outside our control, including but not limited to flooding, seismic activity, vehicle impact, improper use, or modifications to the work made by others after completion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Fayetteville Masonry & Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or the use of our website, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
